Send a drawing/picture via email or fax.

Indicate colors and attachments.

Include Your Name, Address, Phone #, Email address, (Gym, Fax #)
if applicable.

will mail you a prototype for your approval.

Your design will not be available to the public until next
season.

You
have the option to purchase your design for exclusive use.
After we have received an approval
for the created design, you will need to approve the final design.
